The product is completely ready for use and does not require additional processing. It is eaten as an independent dish on bread, as the taste is pronounced. However, more often cod liver is used to make salads or cold appetizers, which can diversify not only the daily menu, but also decorate the holiday table. It is recommended for an adult to eat up to 40g of cod liver per day.
